Per Diem Paraprofessional in Vista, CA

• Maintaining a respectful, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for all students

School compliance requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (required per school guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting tasks
• Willingness to complete or update necessary clearances prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Background working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
