Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic and behavioral support in classrooms
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and staying engaged in activities
• Support students social development and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior protocols
• Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance as necessary
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space for all
• Collaborate with teachers and staff, implementing guidance as directed

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old or older
• Current TB test (as required by district)
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, and assist with lifting if needed
• Fingerprint and background clearances (current or willing to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
