What Youll Do:

• Provide in-classroom support to students, both 1:1 and in small group settings
• Assist classroom teachers and school staff as directed
• Offer guidance with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidelines
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and any necessary personal care
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass TB testing and complete required clearances
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist students as needed
• Prior experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings is valued
• Background working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges a plus
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT training is an asset but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
