Location: Van Nuys, California (School-based roles)

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within the classroom
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when necessary
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current TB test as per district requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
