What You'll Do:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support within classroom settings
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as directed by school staff
• Aid students in daily routines, classroom transitions, and engagement
• Implement and document behavior support plans and follow IEPs as required
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as necessary
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all learners

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to meet district requirements, including a TB test
• Physical ability to assist students with mobility and lifting when required
• Willingness to obtain or present current background clearances
  Preferred Experience:
• Work or volunteer experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and committed to teamwork and student success
