Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with academics, behavior, and social skills in classroom settings
• Deliver individualized or small group assistance under direction from teachers
• Aid students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Follow and help implement behavior support plans and IEPs as applicable
• Help ensure student safety, supervision, and mobilityincluding personal care support as needed
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per district regulations)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain required clearances before start date

Preferred Experience:

• Previous background in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• Patient, reliable, and team-focused attitude
