Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 or small-group support, following teacher and staff direction.
• Assist students with classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions.
• Implement behavior guidance strategies and support IEP goals as needed.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment by monitoring student engagement and supporting positive interactions.
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support for students who need it.
• Keep accurate records and maintain a professional, respectful approach at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TB test clearance (in line with school requirements).
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed.
• Current school compliance clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start.

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Experience working in educational, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings.
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Any experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications is a plus.
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset.
