Instructional Aides are essential to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students, and your support can make a significant difference every day. This per diem, as-needed role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and an opportunity to support students 1:1 within a structured school setting. Shifts are offered based on school coverage needs, allowing you to shape your schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings.
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by educational staff.
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
• Carry out behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as needed.
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care when required.
• Cultivate a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning space for all.

What You Need to Qualify:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• At least 18 years old.
• TB test (as required by school policy).
• Ability to stand, walk, and support physical needs.
• Willingness to complete or update required clearances prior to starting.
• Preferred: Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience beneficial, but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
