Instructional Aide Substitutes Needed | Per Diem, School-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow IEPs and behavior intervention strategies as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TB test in accordance with local requirements
• Physically able to assist with standing, walking, and lifting
• Willingness to obtain or update all required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Any background with CPI, PMT, or RBT is helpful, though not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
