What Youll Do:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom, small group, or 1:1 settings
• Assist with academic instruction as guided by teachers or school professionals
• Implement behavioral strategies and IEP requirements as needed
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming learning environment for all

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age 18
• TB test (according to school regulations)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
• Up-to-date clearances, or willing to obtain before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education programs, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a plus, but not necessary
• Dependable, patient, and a collaborative approach with staff and students
