As an instructional aide substitute, youll play a vital part in classroom life by assisting studentsacademically, behaviorally, and socially. Youll work closely with teachers and support staff, providing either one-on-one or small group help, ensuring every student has the chance to succeed. Responsibilities include assisting with routines, transitions, participation, and implementing behavior support plans as outlined in students IEPs. You may also help with personal care, supervision, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test clearance and ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to secure any required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care background
• Direct experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training (a plus, but not essential)
• A reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
