What Youll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group student support as directed by school staff
• Assist with classroom participation, transitions, and daily routines
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Offer mobility support, supervision, and personal care when required
• Foster a safe, respectful space for all learners

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet TB test and compliance clearances required for school roles
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Familiarity working with students facing behavioral challenges, special needs, or autism is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience helpful (but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and works well on a team
