Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet school compliance requirements, including a TB test and maintaining up-to-date clearances
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and assist with lifting as needed
• Previous experience in educational, behavioral health, child care, or special needs settings preferred
• Additional skills such as CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcome, but not required
• Patience, reliability, and a supportive team attitude are a must

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist students in classroom environments, providing 1:1 or small-group support as guided by teaching staff
• Facilitate daily routines, help with transitions, and encourage participation in learning activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as necessary
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere at all times
