School paraprofessional subs are needed for flexible, per diem opportunities supporting students in a structured, school-based environment. Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to obtain TB test (per district standards)
• Capable of standing, walking, and providing physical assistance as needed
• Current school clearances, or willingness to complete them prior to start
• Preferred: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges valued
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT processes is advantageous but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Offer 1:1 or small-group support to students under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Foster academic, social, and behavioral growth in classroom settings
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Implement IEPs and behavior support plans as provided
• Attend to student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
