What You'll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in various classroom settings.
• Offer personalized 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by school staff.

• Help with mobility, general supervision, and, if required, personal care needs.

Required Credentials:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• TB test per school requirements.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary.
• Current school clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to your start date.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings.
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols is a plus.
• Approach tasks with reliability, patience, and strong teamwork.
