Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass required TB testing and obtain necessary background clearances
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting when needed
• Positive, patient, and reliable approach to working with children and colleagues
• Preferred: Experience in classrooms, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting individuals with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials welcomed but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to students in academic, behavioral, and social development
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and participation as directed by school personnel
• Support students mobility and personal care as needed, helping ensure a safe and inclusive environment
• Follow behavior support plans and IEPs where applicable
• Maintain a respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and learning
