Key Responsibilities:

• Support students 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of teaching staff
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and daily participation
• Implement behavioral support plans and follow IEP instructions
• Supervise and support student mobility and personal care needs
• Help maintain an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all students

Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in accordance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date compliance clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work or volunteer experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification/experience highly valued
• Strong reliability, patience, and commitment to teamwork
