Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support for students as directed by teachers and school staff.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methodologies (a plus, but not required).
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and teamwork.
