Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Follow teacher and staff direction to actively assist students with daily routines, transitions, and participation
• Implement behavioral plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Help ensure safety, inclusion, and respect across all interactions
• Support student mobility, personal care, and supervision needs when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current TB test per school requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain all necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, childcare, behavioral health, or special education settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a bonus, but not required
• Commitment to reliability, patience, and collaboration
