What You'll Do:

- Follow and help implement behavior support plans and IEPs

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Clearances (background and TB test) or willingness to obtain prior to starting
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
Preferred Experience:
- Work in educational, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT procedures (a plus, but not required)
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative
