Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting support as needed
• Willingness to obtain or maintain required clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a bonus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented personality
