Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current or willingness to obtain TB test and school-mandated clearances
• Physical ability to assist with standing, walking, and occasional lifting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Skills supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Credentials such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are valued but not necessary
