Instructional Aide substitutes are needed for per diem opportunities in nearby schools, offering the chance to make a direct difference in students daily lives. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small group assistance as directed by educational staff
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidance as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all learners

Requirements for School-Based Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of TB test (according to district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if required
• Current school clearances or willingness to obtain prior to assignment

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT approaches (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative personality
