This role places you at the heart of school communities, working one-on-one with students or in small groups to foster academic, behavioral, and social growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support for students in classroom settings
• Offer 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students IEPs as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Create and maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (required by district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to obtain school compliance clearances prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Work history in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a bonus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
