• Delivering academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments

• Helping with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed

Minimum requirements to work in a school setting:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Up-to-date TB test (per district requirements)
• Able to stand, walk, and safely assist with lifting when necessary
• Willing to obtain all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred experiences include:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Direct support experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, but not necessary)
