Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet school compliance requirements, including TB tests and background clearances.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with moderate lifting as needed.
• Previous experience in education, childcare, behavioral health, or similar settings is highly valued, especially supporting students with special needs or behavioral needs.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a bonus, but not required.
