Instructional Aide Subs Needed Flexible, School-Based Opportunities

This role supports students on a one-on-one basis within a school environment, offering a rewarding opportunity to positively impact young learners' academic and social development. Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students, 1:1 or in small groups, following teacher directions
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation to promote student engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care to ensure safety and well-being
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment conducive to learning and growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to pass TB test and required clearances prior to starting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before placement

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
