Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of teachers and school staff

• Provide support for student mobility, supervision, and personal care

To be considered, candidates must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete a TB test (as required by regional school guidelines)
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
• Provide current clearances or be willing to obtain them before starting

Preferred background includes experience in education, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings. Experience supporting individuals with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is valued, and skills such as CPI, PMT, or RBT certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
