Role Highlights:

• Provide individualized and small group assistance as directed by teaching staff
• Mentor and encourage students in classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and IEP goals under supervision
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Completion of a TB test (as specified by local guidelines)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete or provide up-to-date background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special needs
• Training in CPI, PMT, or holding an RBT credential is an advantage
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and collaborative spirit
