Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Seattle, Washington

Instructional Aide substitutes are needed for dynamic, flexible opportunities supporting students in school environments near Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Assist students one-on-one or in small groups under teacher and staff direction
• Offer help with daily routines, classroom transitions, and student engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and comply with IEPs as needed
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to pass a TB test in line with school policies
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain or update required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT knowledge (a plus, but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and cooperative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $28.00. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
