What Youll Do:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support inside classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or with small groups under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs where applicable
• Offer supportive supervision with mobility and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all

Whats Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Willingness to obtain a current TB test as required by district standards
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Existing (or willingness to obtain) all necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Direct background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative team approach
