Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Seattle, Washington

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 or small group support, assisting students academically, behaviorally, and socially under teacher supervision
• Aid students in daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Follow and help implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide supervision, mobility support, and personal care assistance as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment in collaboration with educational staff

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when required
• Valid fingerprint/background clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school, special education, childcare, or behavioral health environments
• Supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Reliable, patient, and dedicated to a team-focused approach
