What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by school staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and encourage classroom participation
• Follow behavior support plans and implement IEP guidelines as needed
• Offer supervision, assist with mobility, and attend to personal care as required
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all learners

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain or present a current TB test (per district guidelines)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with lifting if needed
• Willingness to complete and maintain necessary background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods is advantageous (but not essential)
• A compassionate, reliable, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $28.00. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
