What youll do:

• Work directly with students, delivering academic and social support in various classroom environments
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance, following guidance from teachers and staff
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior plans and follow IEPs as appropriate
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs when required
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere

Whats needed:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB testing per school requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete all background clearances prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Background in school, childcare, behavioral health, or special education
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus (not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
