Key Responsibilities:

• Offer direct 1:1 or small-group support as guided by teachers and school staff
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally to ensure meaningful classroom participation

• Implement behavior plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) where applicable
• Attend to student supervision, safety, mobility, and personal care needs as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test (in accordance with district guidelines)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
• Willingness to obtain all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus, not a requirement
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative work style
