Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Santa Monica, California

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• TB test as required by local school district.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and support lifting as necessary.
• Up-to-date background and health clearances or a willingness to obtain them before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, child care, or behavioral support settings.
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or challenging behaviors.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus (not required).
• Reliable, patient, and cooperative approach to working with team members and students.
