Instructional Aides are needed to provide vital support for students in a school-based, per diem role. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students under the direction of teachers and staff
• Assist students with classroom tasks, participation, and transitions
• Support individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement behavior strategies as needed
• Aid students with mobility and personal care, ensuring safety and inclusion
• Help maintain an orderly and respectful learning atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test per school district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when required
• Current school clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification (a plus but not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
