What Youll Do:
Support students in classroom activities, daily routines, and transitions
Provide personalized 1:1 assistance or small-group support as directed by teaching staff
Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
Monitor, supervise, and assist with mobility and personal care needs
Maintain safety, respect, and inclusivity in all school settings

Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum age 18
TB test (per district guidelines)
Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
Current clearances, or willing to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:
Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
CPI, PMT, or RBT skills welcomed but not required
Reliable, patient, and collaborative professional attitude
