In this role, you will:

• Provide direct, individualized support to students for medical, behavioral, and social needs within the classroom
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in academic activities
• Support mobility and personal care requirements for students, maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with both students and staff to foster a supportive atmosphere

School Compliance Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain per district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as situations require
• School clearances (current or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience is valued but not mandatory
• Approach work with reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
