Key Responsibilities:

• Support students both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping with academics, daily routines, and classroom participation
• Assist teachers and staff in implementing lesson plans and behavior support strategies, including following IEPs as needed
• Facilitate positive and inclusive learning environments while supporting students social and behavioral growth
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance when required
• Maintain safety and respect in all interactions

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Completion of a TB test (as required by the district)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting duties
• Current school compliance clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not required
• Reliable, proactive, and collaborative attitude
