Per Diem Instructional Aide in Santa Ana, CA

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• At least 18 years old
• Willingness to complete a TB test in accordance with school guidelines
• Physical ability to be on your feet, walk, and provide lifting support as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary school clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience

• Background in education, behavioral health, special education, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong patience, dependability, and teamwork skills
