What Youll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to complete required TB testing per district guidelines
• Physically able to stand, walk, and support occasional lifting as needed
• Willingness to secure or provide valid background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (a plus, not required)
• Approachable, team-focused, and patient with a strong desire to help

Your Daily Contribution:

• Provide direct support to students, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with academics, classroom routines, and transitions
• Help carry out behavior support strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
