Your Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
• Assist students one-on-one or in small groups as directed by teachers and education staff
• Guide students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEP instructions as required
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support as needed
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning space for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old
• TB test in accordance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to obtain all necessary clearances prior to starting
• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care is preferred
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, though not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
