What Youll Do:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students within classroom environments
• Provide individualized or small group support as directed by teachers or staff
• Aid students with class participation, daily routines, and smooth transitions
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and follow IEPs when necessary
• Assist with student supervision, mobility, and, when needed, personal care tasks
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test in compliance with district protocols
• Physically able to assist with student needs, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting
• Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain them prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work with children in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environments
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but highly valued)
