Spindle is hiring Instructional Aides to provide vital support for students on a 1:1 basis in a structured, school-based environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of students as directed by teachers and staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Foster student mobility, offer supervision, and assist with personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements (School Compliance):

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test per school requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date school clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, collaborative approach
