Instructional Aide Subs are needed for flexible, per diem roles supporting students in school environments. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom activities and daily routines.

• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by educators.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and adhere to IEP goals.
• Support mobility, supervision, andwhen necessarypersonal care needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.

Requirements (School Compliance):

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TB test compliance per local school requirements.
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting.
• All school-mandated clearances must be current or obtained before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings.
• Experience with students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges is highly valued.
• Certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus, though not mandatory.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to supporting students and staff.
