As an Instructional Aide substitute, youll provide essential 1:1 or small-group support to students, guided by teachers and school staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage student participation and support individualized learning needs
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and mobility when required
• Follow behavior support strategies and assist in implementing IEPs
• Provide supervision and personal care tailored to student needs
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist students with lifting
• Current TB test (per school requirements)
• Willingness to complete necessary clearances

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, behavioral health, special education, or childcare
• Familiarity working with students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is beneficial but not compulsory
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative attitude
