What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff, following their guidance to assist students
• Help students with classroom participation, daily routines, and smooth transitions between activities
• Implement IEPs and individualized behavior support plans under supervision
• Offer mobility support, supervision, and personal care as needed, always maintaining a respectful and positive approach
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (in accordance with district rules)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
• Able to obtain and maintain all school compliance clearances prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Helpful if you have CPI, PMT, or RBT experience, but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a team-oriented attitude
