Per Diem Paraprofessional in San Marcos, CA

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• District-compliant TB test and willingness to complete background clearances
• Commitment to follow all school compliance standards

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, child care, or behavioral health
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (advantageous but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about collaborative teamwork
