Key Role Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings

• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care when needed, fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass TB test as per school policies
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain or current possession of all necessary clearances before starting
• Commitment to reliability, teamwork, and a positive, patient approach

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in educational, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but a plus)
